Here is an easy table to read to familiarize yourself with different symptoms;  don't self diagnose, be informed and visit a doctor if you are concerned.

Protect Yourself

A key way to protect yourself is boosting your immunity.  This list of foods and supplements can improve your white blood cell's ability to fight off disease:

Precautions

Hand washing and avoiding touching your face is the best way to prevent the spread of disease.  If you have to sneeze or cough, do so into your sleeve!   Wash your clothes if you go out, just to be safe.

While 80% of the cases are mild, the virus spreads quickly and for the 6% of cases that do get to the critical point, the ability to get the proper care is vital.  The goal here is allow medical professionals to do their jobs by slowing the progress of the disease.  If everyone gets sick at once, the medical system can get overwhelmed and care can become limited.
